What is the aim of your life?
Opi: To be a successful architect

Q. Which do you like most-dancing or acting?
Opi: I do everything with love. When I do a simple sketch,  I care for it. I love acting and dancing very much. If someone says - I will give you something If you part with acting and dancing, I can't tolerate it. Even if such obstacle comes from anyone related with me, I'll break that relation. I won't care whether it is a matter of friendship or marriage.

Q. Which do you love truly?
Opi: Acting or Dancing, I'll say - Dancing.

Q. Tell about your first appearance before the camera.
Opi: That memory has almost faded away. I was then just two and a half. Parents have told me that I was taken to Udayan school for admission. But then principal Begum Mamtaj Hossain didn't agree to take such a tender girl. Then, I doubt , I went to principals room forcing everybody aside and threatened the principal saying that I would set fire on the school building if she didn't get me admitted. She promised me to take me a year after and thus quieted me. There after she liked to cast me in the role of "Paruli" in "Shakal Sanda"

Q. How do you explain your beauty?
Opi: Simplicity is my beauty . I'm very simple. I love the fashion that suits me. I don't think that i should follow Madhuri or Julia Roberts. And I also believe, one who has clarity in his mind and behavior has got its expression on his countenance.

Q. Who is your dream character?
Opi: All characters created by Rabindranath . "Thakur Jhee" of Tarashankars "Kabi". And the central  character of Aunisul Haque's "Bhalobasha Ami Tomar Jonno Kendechi".

Q. How do you pass your leisure?
Opi: I hardly get such leisure period. I pass my leisure period with my family members. And the night is my own. My night passes with the books.   

Q. What are you doing now?
Opi:  Study! Just study. I don't want to sacrifice my study for drama or dance. 

Q. So you're now keeping yourself away from drama?
Opi: I'm far away from T.V. drama, but I'm doing work at stage regularly.

Q. How much confident are you about your own work?
Opi: Not at all. But if I try, I will be successful-such confidence I have.    

Q. Tell something about the artists of your time.
Opi: The artists of my time are very active. I like Bonna Mirza. I'm also charmed watching Tarin's natural acting and Ishita's efforts to overcome herself. Besides this, I also like Tanima's work.

Q. What is your comment regarding dancers?
Opi: Our dancers are so qualitative. In abroad, dancers are being praised so much. But in our country it has no such value.
